We manufacture Modular hotel, the concept of innovative construction that combines major advantage of time saving, infinite adaptability and relocatability, better production and quality control and effective investment for our clients that conventional construction cannot match. All project is built from high quality steel frame and selection of materials that guarantee to last for generations. All aspect of our construction is manufactured within our factory under ISO9001 standard and supervised by team of engineers and technicians that has a decade of experience in successfully constructed all modular building types for both domestic and oversea market. We fabricate all modular construction unit “modules” at controlled factory that each module includes complete interior and structure of electrical, mechanical and plumbing system as well as organized layout of bedroom, restroom, guestroom and more based on customer’s requirement.
Transportation of finished modules, we transport each modules from our factory to installation site by professional logistic company.
For installation, these finished modules will be connected to the foundation and assembled on top of the other to form the completed building structure under supervision of experienced team.
Finishing and decorating is the final process of modular construction. This step focus on aesthetic characteristics of both exterior and interior of the project as a whole. This include organizes layout of appliances deliberately and ensure everything is ready for occupancy.
